As Building Consultants, our focus is on wood frame construction in Single and Multi-family buildings. We work with warranty providers, homebuilders, condo associations, insurance company's and private owners.

We are not contractors nor do we do the actual remediation work.

Experience & Training Over 33 years of hands-on new and renovation building combined with classroom training and certifications in many areas including Infrared Thermography, Building Science, HVAC design, Master Homebuilder & Master Renovator, Professional Site Manager, Moisture Control Technician to name a few.

Diagnostic Testing for moisture, air leakage and energy efficiency are part of our services. Infrared Thermography, Blower Door testing, HVAC air pressure testing, datalogging for humidity and temperatures. We do water testing to determine the exact location and cause of leaks in windows and stucco cladding .

ENERGUIDE and BUILT GREEN we are certified by Natural Resources Canada as Energy Advisors for these programs . . . more
