Qualistat was started in 1986 by founder Darrell Paul.

As building consultants, our focus is on wood frame construction. We are involved in design, construction, inspections and remediations, and we provide training in these areas to builders and their trades & suppliers.

Over 30 years of experience combined with classroom learning in new and renovation building as well as investigating building envelope failures has helped us develop our skills.

Problems with moisture? moisture issues and diagnosing problems are what we do daily. From water tests, blower door and Infrared scans we have a variety of technology to get to the source.
