My name is Darrell Paul and my company is Qualistat.

Qualistat specializes in training and consulting to address these issues.

Based in Central Alberta , we have helped many large and small builders develop systems and techniques to meet these challenges.

From single 2-3 hour presentations, seminars, training courses to one on one coaching with individual staff or department personnel, we can build a program that will work for your company.

We also currently deliver many courses offered by both SAIT and PHBIA including the Moisture Control Technician Course.

CONSULTING

Qualistat can also provide on site consulting for envelope technical issues such as water ingress, remediation, and pre-construction envelope analysis.

We use many different test methods and equipment from moisture and humidity meters, manometers for air pressure differential testing as well as Thermal or Infrared Imaging.

Better is to develop the proper envelope designs in the first place. We can assist with designs and drawings, as well as specifications and materials recommendations.

We have consulted to over 100 of Alberta's Builders and 3 Major Warranty providers.
